"Food is lovely such a shame certain staff are letting the team down . Everyone was very welcoming besides one elderly lady who ruined my experience by firstly giving intimidating looks before we had even stepped in the door . This same woman then undermined the youngest female staff member in front of all the customers , which was not only embarrassing for the young blonde girl but everyone that witnessed the unprofessionalism shown. She proceeded to take my order and was very dismissive almost as if she had better things to do and I wasn’t worth her time . Interrupted me whilst giving my order a number of times and was very impatient . Everyone has bad days , but at her age she should have gathered the knowledge that negative attitudes are to be left at home not brought to your place of work ."
